    Meeting Room

    Fees & Charges:  Free

    Availability:  6 days per week Monday–Friday 9am–5pm; Saturday 9am–12.00pm.

    This space will be available for use subject to booking availability and discretion of Dalby Library staff.

    Description:  The room is suitable for small meetings or workshops. It is situated on the upper level of the facility.

    The room is equipped with free wifi. The room is fully carpeted and air conditioned. Disabled access is via a lift.

    Furniture and equipment available upon request: Long table and chairs are fixtures in the room (any other configuration is by prior arrangement); data projector; Apple TV.

    Size: 4.4m x 10m approx.

    Availability:  During Centre opening hours except by prior arrangement.

    Dalby Library opening hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5.00pm; Saturday 9am–12.00pm. Dalby Civic Theatre and Gallery opening hours vary and you will be advised at the time of confirmation if the venue is available.

    This space will be available for use subject to booking availability and discretion of Council.

    Bookings may be made no further than one calendar month ahead of time.

    Description: This is an open-access space adjacent to the main foyer on the ground level of the facility. It is accessible to the public at any time the building is open. It houses the Lake Broadwater Natural History display and users should be mindful to prevent damage to the display when using the space.

    It has a tiled floor and is air-conditioned. However, as the space adjoins the foyer there can sometimes be minimal external temperature exchange.

    The full height ceiling means this space is suitable for large installations or pieces of equipment whose height may make them unsuitable for other venues.

    The room is equipped with free wifi. The ceiling is very high and stretches to the very top of the building (i.e. above the upper level).

    The space is also adjacent to a small kitchenette which has a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchenette can be used with prior arrangement.

    Disabled access is via a ramp at the front of the building.

    Furniture and equipment available upon request: Tables and chairs; kitchenette facilities may be used with prior arrangement.
